Great company but I was on a team that was doing solar for the 1st year and it was a mess. Nobody knew how to sell, nobody knew how to close, the training was poor and the support from upper management was non-existent when we were struggling.

This company is OK at compensating their employees. I wouldn’t work for them again.

They have a standardized pay scale so you get what you earn and you don’t have to worry about how much anyone else is making and if you’re getting screwed or not. They also pay 75% commission for golden doors and 80% for million dollar revenue reps.
